The Final Countdown

I'm happy that i read this book. First i thought that it is a typical school perusal but now i know that books that you have to read in school not everytime like "Pole Poppenspäler" or "Of mice and men" are.
The book is trying to tell us how it could come when you don't look out.(for e.g. use allways condoms apart from you will become father or mother)
I think everyone schould read the bock apart from the pope(Don't use condoms dear catholics)

The End Is comming soon

Sam is again together with Alicia and shows how he "grow up". He tries to do the best thing in this situation. He talked to the school and with her parents. they also went to the first scan, it is a boy, and they do the first preparations like classes.But first the people in the classes were not in Alicias age and they have to change the class.

Sam had again a future vision but this time they had allready two children. This time it wasn't so confusing as the first time.
A few days later Rufus (also known as Roof) was born and Sam moved to Alicia's home.
Later he moved aot to his mum and her boyfriend Mark. But Sam visits his son regular.

Sam is going to be an adult and he is really "growing up" at least everything he dreamed is has passed.

The Middel

I think one of the biggest changes were in Sam's mind happenend. He "grows up" in the book and is in charge for his deeds. He realized that it is also his baby.
I would ask Sam why he is so stupid to fuck without a condom but fi he didn't do that, this book woulden't exist.
Nick Hornby changed the situation that Sam sees a new hope in his future because of that he have to complete tasks. (He soon will become a father)

The Story Goes On

While reading this chapter i tought "What the hell?" it was so confusingly. It was as 10 months later and he awaked in a bouble bed net to Alicia but Alicia never had a bouble bed and the "Donnie Darko poster were taken down wich Alicia had, by the way "Donnie Darko" is a great film . Sam lived with Alicia and his son Roof at Alicia's home. But happily he dreamed this only and he woke up. Sam thought "TH" sends him this dream. And he didn't like the imagination of a future with Alicia. So he decided that he have to go to Hastings. There he and his mum made hollyday. He destroyed his mobile phone that he never has to get a message from Alicia. He found a job by an old man. He payed him the rent for a romm with thid money. The work was totaly crappy that he decided to go home again.
As he arrived at home the police were there and his mum was crying. On this moment he realized how his mum worried about him.
This outbreak from home yielded him a weekly therapie session.

Shit Happens

A few time ago Sam goes out with an other girl. On his birthday Alicia texted his that they have to meet at Starbucks. There she told him that she haven't had her period. Together they want to go to buy an pregnancy test, but they haven't got enought money. Alicia get thus one and go home. He go home too and talked at home with his Tony Hawk poster.

The First Few Chapters

In the first chapter Sam and his live situation are introduced.
Sam is 16, his mother is a single parent and became pregnant with 16.
Also is spoken about his friends, school and skating.
Later Sam's mum goes to a birthday party of a friend of her and then she wants him to come with her. This friend is Alicia's mum. At the party Sam meets Alicia. First he thinks she is very cocky. But then they talk and watch a film together and Alicia gives him her phonenumber.At the next evening they meet in Starbucks. After that they go to Alicia's home. There Alicia want Sam to sleep with her. Sam is confused about that because of the virtuality that Alicia told him that she were not ready to sleep with her ex-boyfriend.
But in conclusion they had their first time together.
Since this day Alicia were Sam's girfriend.
He thinks all the day about Alicia and he goes every day to Alicia. Alicia made his day and the only thing he did was going into school.
After a few time Sam is bored with Alicia and they break up.

Exspections

I exspect from the book that it is a real teenager drama, with all ups and downs you go through, when you grow up.
Besides it should accost real problems teenagers have, such as growing up, sexuality, parental problems and how to find yourself.
If the book would tell you about general problems, i'd find it very interesting.
The book should also contain general information about England.
